From a club's own clip to a sponsored post
Lockerful is a self-service web and mobile tool. Amateur sports clubs use it themselves — no agency, no marketing team.
- A club films a short clip itself — a match action, a team photo.
- The club uploads the clip to Lockerful.
- Lockerful automatically adds the logo and brand colours of the club's local sponsor onto the video.
- A club manager reviews the result and publishes it as a Reel to the club's own Instagram account.
- Lockerful reports the view count back to the club, so it can show its sponsor the exposure the video earned.
Connecting a club's Instagram account
A club connects its own Instagram Business or Creator account to Lockerful through Instagram's official login. Lockerful uses that connection for three things:
- Confirm the right account. We show the club the username of the account it just connected, so it can check it linked the correct one.
- Publish a finished video. We post the sponsor-branded video to that account as a Reel — only when a club manager explicitly chooses to publish it.
- Report the view count. We read how many views each published video received, so the club can report that exposure to its sponsor.
Lockerful only ever acts on accounts a club owns and has connected itself. It never accesses third-party accounts, and it never uses account data for advertising or profiling. A club can disconnect an account at any time and request deletion of its data.
